Information we receive
The form may include your name and, optionally, your email, company, production needs, estimated budget, and project details. We do not request sensitive personal data; please do not include it in the message field.
Purpose
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, follow up, and, when applicable, prepare a quote or proposal. This form is not used for subscriptions or advertising.
WhatsApp and external media
When you click “Continue in WhatsApp,” your browser prepares a message using the information you entered and opens WhatsApp. With your consent, we store the request in NUUK’s lead database and Google Sheets. Email forms notify NUUK by email; the WhatsApp qualifier saves the request before opening the message. A prepared message does not confirm it was sent. WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy. When you play a project video, your browser connects to Vimeo, which may process technical data under its own policies. The site hosting provider may process technical connection and security data.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to the processing of your personal data, or ask us to limit its use, by emailing hola@nuuk.mx. Include your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a way for us to reply. Requests will be handled under applicable legal deadlines.
